Can you believe that it has been 1 month since our "Gotcha Day" ??? One Month!!! That is so crazy to me. Wow, we all have really come a long way too. Macy is growing so much. On Wed. this week we have her first heart doctor appt. I can't wait to see how big she is growing and how much she weighs. Anyone have any guesses???? Let's hear em! She started out at...wait a minute...let's make it real...
"In the left corner weighing in at 14.5 pounds, the cutest, smiliest, funniest, and spoiledest baby ever(well, since Ethan and Katie-Rae).....MACY MORIAH CARMICHAEL!!!!"
So, she started in at 14.5 lbs. And I am going to guess 15.5. That's right I am giving her an even pound.
Macy has learned the word bye bye too. And it is not just bye bye like I was raised on (you know, buckeye jargon) It is cuuuuuntry. I can, but can't wait until she is talking. I wonder what she will sound like.
Oh, and today Macy only ate a little crayon off the floor, so that is a praise as well. (Only kidding)
Katie-Rae has been teaching her all kinds of new things. She tells her all the time who Miss Sally is. She says..."Now listen Macy, Miss Sally is the one with the blonde hair who sings on the stage in Summit. You will love her!" And Macy sure did LOVE Summit (and does LOVE Sally)...(who wouldn't??) Macy dances, and sings. Her arms will hardly stop moving during the music time.
Well, better head to bed...I will hopefully do better about posting. We are really into a very good routine, so I have no excuses as of this moment!

So, how much did she weigh? I love following your story and seeing the pictures of this new addition to your family. What a blessing!
Okay, so I'm guessing 16 lbs 3 oz.
She is growing SO much and DOING so much more than when I first met her. She'll be crawling on all fours and walking and talking before you know it!
